Tamara Buckley | Senior Consultant
Tamara Buckley is a New York State licensed psychologist with extensive
experience consulting to financial services firms and non-profit
organizations in leadership development. Her areas of specialty include
coaching executives in transition and improving efficiency in human
resources management.
As tenure-track Assistant Professor at Hunter College, City University
of New York, Dr. Buckley prepares graduate students to become
counselors in organizational, mental health, and school settings. She
is a published author in the area of racial identity development and
organizational and health outcomes.
Tamara earned her Ph.D. in counseling psychology and Master of Arts in
organizational psychology from Columbia University. She has a Bachelor
of Science in business administration from UC Berkeley, and is a Board
member of the Harlem Educational Activities Fund and Mixed Company
Theatre Group.

Haig Chahinian | Principal and Founder
Formally trained as a career counselor, Haig's expertise in
professional and organizational development has helped numerous firms
run more effectively, and hundreds of individuals get what they want out of
the work they do. He founded Partners in Professional Development in
2006.
As the host of "Career Talk Live," a TV show broadcast Tuesdays at 6:00pm (GMT-5) on
MNN, Haig extends his expertise in professional development to the New
York public. He has been featured on the CNN program "Your $$$$$," and is the author of Coming Out from 9 to 5, a blog aimed at helping gay, lesbian and bi professionals come out at work. He
teaches undergraduates at Eugene Lang College, New School University,
and guides them in making meaning of internships they pursue.
Haig graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Education in
psychological counseling and a Master of Arts in organizational
psychology, and studied psychology and French as an undergraduate at
the University of Southern California. He's on the Board of Trustees at
the C.G. Jung Foundation, and is a member of the New York Center for
the Study of Group Relations.

Harriet Gluckman | Senior Consultant
Harriet Gluckman has extensive experience coaching professionals to
develop, advance and make significant contributions in careers that
challenge and satisfy them. She has worked successfully with
executives, mid-career professionals, and recent graduates.
Her diverse counseling experience has included work with clients across
industries and disciplines, including legal, financial, sales and
marketing, investment banking, operations and technology. Harriet's
coaching and training has enabled clients to strengthen performance in
a broad range of areas; whether focusing on communications issues, time
management, leadership challenges or other opportunities to enhance
effectiveness, Harriet's clients have benefited from her insights,
strategies and concrete approaches to achievement.
Harriet's previous roles include senior human resources positions in
which she provided expertise and solutions for finance, legal,
marketing and banking groups.
Harriet has a Bachelors of Arts in political science from Mount Holyoke
College, a Master of Education in counseling from Northeastern
University, and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
